

Luke Webster is the Bursar of Corpus Christi, one of the colleges in the University of Oxford. He is responsible for the College’s substantial estates and multi-asset, self-managed endowment, together with the broad portfolio of non-academic activities necessary to support the College’s mission as residential community for teaching, learning and research.
His background is in finance, investment and public policy with particular experience in corporate treasury, pensions, private markets and major infrastructure projects. Most recently, he was CIO at the Greater London Authority and CEO of its asset management subsidiary, London Treasury, where he remains a non-executive director and chairs the investment advisory committee. He also sits on the investment committees of several charities and funds.
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy and read Mathematics at Magdalene, Cambridge and Applied Statistics at Birkbeck, London.
