Rosanna is Joint Head of Pensions at the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG), with responsibility for investment policy and strategy for the Local Government Pension Scheme. She has worked across a wide range of policy areas and has recently returned to the world of pensions, having previously worked across public sector pension schemes at HM Treasury.
