James is the Pensions Investment Officer for the East Sussex Pension Fund, having joined in 2023. He leads on the implementation of the investment strategy, with responsibility for the relationships with the pool, custodian, and Investment Managers.

James began his career in finance as a financial advisor before joining Charles Stanley Wealth Management, where he had a focus on relationship management with both private clients and charities.
